How fast do you actually reply?
Within 4 hours during business hours (9am–6pm PKT, Monday Saturday). The reply comes from a senior strategist who has read your actual brief not a templated acknowledgement from a CRM. If you send something overnight, you’ll have a reply by mid-morning Karachi time.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes roughly 40% of our active clients are international. We work with businesses in the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, and KSA. All engagements are conducted in English, over video and async. Time zone differences are manageable; we’re flexible on working session times for international clients.
What if my budget is smaller than your typical engagement?
We’ll tell you honestly in the working session if our typical retainer isn’t the right fit for your budget. In those cases, we often suggest a focused project engagement (a one-time audit, a specific deliverable, or a smaller-scope retainer) where we can deliver real value at a lower spend. We’d rather scope something workable than oversell a retainer that won’t deliver enough to justify itself.
Is there a free consultation?
The working session (step 3 above) is free and carries no obligation. It’s a genuine strategy session, not a sales call dressed up as a consultation. You’ll leave with observations about your current situation and specific recommendations whether or not you go on to work with us.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Project work (website builds, Shopify builds, brand identity) is scoped as fixed-duration. Retainer services (SEO, performance marketing, social media) start with a 90-day founding engagement to build foundations properly, then convert to month-to-month. Most retainer clients stay 12–24 months because the compounding effect of well-executed digital strategy is significant over time.
Can I talk to a previous client before committing?
Yes. We can connect you with two or three relevant client references matched to your industry or service type after the working session. We ask clients in advance before sharing their details, so this takes a day or two to arrange.
