Which version of Odoo do you implement?

We implement Odoo 17 (Community and Enterprise) as our default. We also maintain and upgrade systems built on older versions. We’ll recommend Community vs Enterprise based on your feature requirements and budget we don’t push Enterprise if Community meets your needs.

Simple implementations (3–5 modules, small team, clean data) take 6–8 weeks. Complex multi-department implementations with custom development and large data migration can take 14–20 weeks. We produce an accurate timeline in the scope document after the analysis phase.

Yes. When Odoo’s standard modules don’t meet a specific business requirement, we develop custom Python modules. All custom code is documented, version-controlled, and tested before deployment.

Yes. We integrate Odoo with Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom platforms for order management, inventory sync, and customer data management. Payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayFast, local payment processors) is also covered.

30 days of dedicated post-launch support is included as standard. After that, we offer monthly support retainers for bug fixes, minor enhancements, and user training for new staff. We also provide upgrade assistance when new Odoo versions are released.

Odoo Community (free) is suitable for businesses from 5 employees upward. The implementation cost is the main investment the software licence is zero for Community. We’ve implemented for businesses as small as 8 staff and as large as 200.
